Hye Won Hye — "that which does not burn." In the Akan visual language of Adinkra, Hye Won Hye represents imperishability and endurance: a spirit tempered rather than destroyed by fire. It is a mark of toughness — a reminder that what is truly essential survives hardship unchanged.
This tee carries the Hye Won Hye icon printed in cream on a premium black, 100% ring-spun cotton Comfort Colors tee, soft-washed and garment-dyed for a relaxed, durable fit. The back is finished with "HYE WON HYE" in bold cream lettering, so the meaning travels with the wearer.

Returns & misprints
Every piece is made specifically for you, so we can't take returns for the wrong size or a change of mind (except where the law requires it).
If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost. Email hello@sankofahouseshop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll reply within 2 business days.
