Aban — the fortress. In the Akan visual language of Adinkra, Aban ("castle" or "fortress") speaks of strength, authority, and security: a seat of power historically reserved for the Asantehene, King of Ashanti. It is worn by those who know that real strength is not loud — it is steady, structural, and built to last.
The Aban icon sits embroidered in cream thread across the front of a structured six-panel trucker cap — a clean, everyday way to carry the symbol.

Returns & misprints
Every piece is made specifically for you, so we can't take returns for the wrong size or a change of mind (except where the law requires it).
If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost. Email hello@sankofahouseshop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll reply within 2 business days.
