Epa (“Handcuffs”) embroidered on a structured cap. Made to order for you.
Epa — the handcuffs. In the Akan visual language of Adinkra, Epa represents law, justice, and restraint, a reminder of the order and accountability that hold a community together and the freedom that comes with living within its bounds.
This six-panel cap is embroidered in cream thread on black cotton twill for a clean, durable finish that holds up to daily wear. A curved brim and adjustable strap keep the fit classic and comfortable.
Part of the Sankofa House Adinkra Collection — apparel rooted in West African symbolism, made for everyday wear.
Fit & care
- Fit: One size fits most, with an adjustable back.
- Care: Spot clean only and air dry to protect the embroidery.
